Teen shot in drive-by shooting on Northeast Side, suspect at large

SAN ANTONIO (KTSA News) — A 16-year-old boy is recovering after he was shot early Friday morning in a possible drive-by shooting on the Northeast Side.
Investigators say the teen walked into his home around 1:30 a.m. and told his parents he had been shot near O’Connor Road and Stahl Park.
The boy said someone inside a dark-colored SUV opened fire before driving off. His mother drove him to a nearby fire station on O’Connor Road, where paramedics treated him before taking him to a hospital with a gunshot wound to the leg.
Police said the teen was in stable condition and is expected to recover.
There were no details given regarding the suspects.
